Rebecca Healey

Rebecca began in the podiatry profession 22 years ago. She  has worked in remote communities in South Australia, city practices in Adelaide and for the last 16 years in the Barossa Valley. Rebecca is an active member of the local community and lives in the Barossa with her 3 children.

For the past 13 years she has been at the forefront of mobilising techniques as a treatment for foot and leg problems, mentoring many students and other podiatrists. Rebecca is also a clinical supervisor and lecturer for the Flinders University Country GP Program.

Madeleine Lingard

Madeleine (“Mads”) has been a Podiatrist at Your Foot Doctor Podiatry since early 2020. She is passionate about all areas of Podiatry with special interests in heel pain, Paediatrics, Diabetes and ingrown toenail management.

While at University, Madeleine worked at the Athletes Foot for five years.  She enjoys using this knowledge to compliment her treatment plans. A career highlight was volunteering in a third world country called Kiribati. Outside of work, you’ll find Madeleine running Parkrun, curled up with a good book or snuggling her little dog Petal.

Simon Huynh

Simon started as a new member at Your Foot Doctor in late 2022, shortly after completing his Bachelors of Podiatry degree that year. Throughout his time at university, Simon has various placements in both metro and rural South Australia, as well as rural New South Wales. Whilst Simon enjoys all aspects of podiatry, he has a keen interest in lower limb biomechanics, sporting injuries and diabetes foot care and education. He uses best evidence based practice to guide him in treatment outcomes.

Outside of Podiatry, Simon enjoys spending time with friends and family. He is a keen basketball player, playing both district basketball (with UniSA), and socially with mates. He also enjoys doing general exercise and gym during the week to improve his overall wellbeing. One of his long term goals is to spend more time traveling overseas, visiting places in South East Asia and Europe.
