One on One Sessions

What to expect

Our gold standard means of exercise physiology treatment and access are 30 minute sessions. 

We firstly review how you have been responding to any previous treatment/sessions.

We then go through specifically prescribed exercises and movements (including what exercise, how many times, how heavy etc) ensuring you have the correct technique, breathing and monitor how your body is responding, making any adjustments if needed. 


Throughout the sessions we also educate you on why these exercises are helpful and hope to guide you toward confidently correctly performing the movement, understand your body’s response and understand these movements are safe and beneficial. 


At the end of the session we adjust any home exercises (if required) and review goals, progress and prepare for the next session.  


Utilize it by gaining control of your health and wellbeing.
