We would like to let you know we are currently OPEN and we have been declared an Essential Service. We would like to assure all of our patients that we have taken extra steps to ensure we are following all Government advice and infection control guidelines, this includes:
Constant wiping of door handles, chairs, pens, HICAPS terminal, pens and all surfaces.
We have set up our reception slightly different with our seats spaced apart, have outside chairs and a line marked on the floor to stand back from our reception staff for social distancing.
We have hand sanitiser at the front door that we ask you to please use upon entry and exit of our clinic.
Face masks are available for high risk patients upon request.
Limiting the use of cash within the clinic, we ask that you use Pay-wave whenever possible. Receipt signing is currently not required.
To reduce foot traffic and to minimise the amount of people in our clinic at one time, we are now operating on a "by appointment only" basis and ask that you only attend our clinic if you have an appointment booked. We also ask you to please not bring family or friends along with you unless you have a carer/guardian, limited to one person if possible.
If you are effected by any of these symptoms below or you've travelled overseas or interstate recently, for safety reasons we ask that you do not come into your appointment as we need to ensure the safety of everyone, especially our high risk patients and staff members. This also applies to any parent, guardian or carer that may be with you for your appointment.
We will be offering online consultations via Zoom for our patients with musculo-skeletal problems or are rehabilitating from injury. This will mean we are still able to offer some services to our patients in the comfort of your home and reduce the need to visit the clinic. More information will be provided once the details have been finalised.
Please be aware that to manage the impact on business, we may need to move your appointment to a different day/time. We will contact you as early as possible if this occurs.

Footwear and Retail Purchases
If you would like to try on footwear, we also ask you call to book an appointment time. We will schedule these appointments at a time when there are minimal patients in the clinic. We are also temporarily changing our terms and conditions for the sale of footwear and other retail purchases. Due to the ever changing situation of Covid-19, we ask that payment for all retail and footwear is made upfront. Refunds/returns will be evaluated depending on circumstances.
Patients who have previously purchased footwear from our clinic are welcome to order over the phone based on previous sizes supplied.
We want to keep our clinic as safe as possible so we can continue to provide our patients with the best care. Please be patient with us during this difficult time as we are working hard to keep up with this ongoing situation. Thank you for your understanding.
